These Terms of Service govern your use of Ainly, operated by Fuller Moments (ABN 81 143 656 685). By applying for membership or using our service, you agree to these terms.

Please read them carefully.

About Ainly

Ainly is a curated introduction service. We facilitate introductions between members based on compatibility assessments. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to romantic connection, relationship formation, or marriage.

Eligibility

To use Ainly, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be based in Sydney, Australia (or intend to relocate)
• Be genuinely seeking a long-term relationship
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application and profile

We reserve the right to decline any application or terminate any membership at our discretion, including where we believe information provided is inaccurate or where a member's conduct is inconsistent with the spirit of the service.

Membership tiers and payment

Ainly offers the following membership tiers:

• Foundation — Complimentary, available to founding members
• Essential — $100 AUD
• Guided — $500 AUD
• Concierge — $1,500 AUD (12-month membership)

Payment for paid tiers is processed securely through Stripe at the time of membership commencement. All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of any applicable GST.

Our commitment to you

We will make reasonable efforts to identify introductions that are genuinely well-matched based on your compatibility profile. If we are unable to identify a compatible introduction during your membership period, we will continue working with you at no additional cost until a suitable introduction is available.

The number of introductions you receive is subject to the availability of compatible members and is not guaranteed within any specific timeframe.

Refunds and cancellations

We assess refund and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances and how far the service has progressed.

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, contact us at hello@joinainly.com. We aim to respond within five business days.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If our service is not provided with due care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

Your conduct

By using Ainly, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information at all times
• Treat other members with respect and courtesy
• Not share another member's personal information with third parties
• Not use information provided through Ainly for any purpose other than genuine personal connection

We may suspend or terminate your membership without refund if you breach these obligations.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ainly's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for your membership. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All content on the Ainly website — including copy, design, and branding — is owned by Fuller Moments and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
